My first juicer was a JuiceMan juicer - it lasted a year then the drive shaft snapped - kind of junky machine. Then I bought Juice Lady juicer and used it for years but was seduced by the Jack laLanne juicer, so I left my old one go at a yard sale. Don't get me wrong, the Jack LaLanne juicer is a fine machine, but the Juice Lady was the better juicer hands down. I can't afford to switch back, but just wanted to say that if you want a good easy to use and easier to clean machine, this one's it. From what I've seen out there, this one's the best value.
